Chakos are Fire-based monsters that take residence in the ruins of Bailune City. They are completely passive monsters and are the first monster you will encounter on your journey through Avabel. They are featured in your first Story Quest which doubles as a tutorial,in which you must defeat a Chako to retrieve the Goddess Beads it had stolen from the nearby Fort Bailune. Many fledging players can be found training on these small Fire creatures at all hours of the day.
